Family room is next to the kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry, and contains lounge suite, old piano and combustion heater. Brand new double oven in the kitchen.
The main bathroom contains spa bath, shower cubicle, toilet, vanity and bidet. Ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom at the front of the house includes shower, toilet and vanity.
Main bedroom contains queen bedroom suite, and built in mirror wardrobe and built in dressing table. Second bedroom contains queen bedroom suite and built in mirror wardrobe. Third bedroom contains queen bedroom suite and built in mirror wardrobe. Forth bedroom is located on the lower level and can be entered via laundry from private rear entry and contains 2 single beds. The forth bedroom is dark and does not contains built in wardrobe. There are 2 more single beds in the house if required.
Laundry on the lower level with back door to the backyard includes washing machine and dryer.
The house includes enclosed, covered and tiled outdoor area/terrace with BBQ and outdoor setting.
The house has large backyard backing bush reserve.
The rate of $1300 per week is for a minimum of 3 months stay and upto 12 months, or longer if required. Shorter length of stay is welcome at higher rate. All bedding, linen and towels are included as a fully furnished rental. Full house weekly cleaning service is available at extra charge. Garden maintenance is available at extra charge.
